MTN Benin is evolving from a traditional telecom operator into a technology company (TechCo). The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) - Marketing and Digital will lead both commercial growth and the digital innovation agenda. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CMO owns consumer business performance across revenue, profitability, subscriber growth, and market share, while expanding the digital ecosystem through partnerships (fintech, edtech, lifestyle platforms).

Qui peut postuler

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Technology, or related discipline. (MBA or Master's strongly preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 10 to 12 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role covering marketing, digital, or commercial functions.
• Languages: Professional fluency in both English and French is strictly required.
• Key Skills: Digital strategy, platform ecosystems, AI-enabled marketing, data analytics, product management, and executive leadership.
