What the job involves

MTN Nigeria Communications Plc is looking for a Partner – Customer Success, Cloud Sales First Level Support in its Enterprise Business division (job ID 7724, MTN Level 2). You would be the first contact for MTN Cloud customers (small businesses, start-ups and large companies) after they buy, helping them start well. Your main tasks:

• Answer and solve first-level support tickets and questions by email, chat, WhatsApp and phone.
• Help new customers set up their account, log in, do basic configuration and find documentation.
• Watch the helpdesk queue, set priorities and pass on problems according to service level rules.
• Work with product, technical and billing teams to solve questions that cross teams.
• Keep customer records, issue logs and resolution history in the CRM or helpdesk tool (such as Zendesk, Freshdesk or Salesforce Service Cloud).
• Write down known issues, templates and scripts for the knowledge base.
• Take part in team meetings and quality sessions.

Who can apply

• A first degree in communications, business, IT or another customer-facing field.
• 3 to 7 years' experience, including at least 2 years in customer service or first-line technical support.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, Linux and Windows, networking and DevOps practice.
• Experience with CRM or helpdesk software.
• Fluent English. A local Nigerian language is preferred.
• A certification in customer service, cloud platforms or technical support is preferred.
