What the job offers

MTN Nigeria is recruiting a Senior Specialist, Cloud Sales for its Enterprise Business division, based in Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria. The post is full time and reports to the Senior Manager, Cloud Business Commercial.

The mission is to win and keep large enterprise customers, and to grow revenue, by presenting MTN's cloud, managed security and managed infrastructure solutions as the preferred choice. The aim is to make MTN Nigeria the trusted partner for digital transformation.

The main tasks are:

• developing and managing high-value cloud sales opportunities;
• leading account planning, solution design coordination and meetings with senior customer contacts;
• managing each opportunity from qualification to closing, together with product, technical and customer success teams;
• keeping forecasts accurate, tracking sales pipeline coverage and account health;
• representing MTN Cloud at external forums, industry events and solution showcases;
• keeping CRM records up to date;
• working with sales enablement and marketing on pitch materials;
• sharing field insights with product and technical teams.

Who can apply

• Education: a first degree in business, engineering or a related field. Cloud or sales certifications (for example AWS Cloud Practitioner, Enterprise Selling) are preferred;
• experience: 6 to 13 years, including at least 3 years in enterprise B2B sales or account management;
• preferred: experience in cloud, SaaS or digital transformation roles, and familiarity with regulated sectors such as financial services, telecoms and energy;
• regular use of CRM, pitch platforms and collaboration tools.
