MTN Uganda Recruits Administrator, Activations & Provisioning (Kampala) – 2026

What the job involves

MTN Uganda is looking for one Administrator – Activations and Provisioning (job ID 7818, MTN Level 2) in its Customer Operations team, based in Kampala. It is a full-time contract job. The contract length and salary are not stated. You would report to the Supervisor – Activations and Provisioning.

The job protects MTN from losing revenue by making sure customer service requests are processed correctly and on time. Your main tasks:

• Register, provision and activate approved customer requests on the billing system.
• Raise work orders for requests that need technical, IT or value-added-services teams.
• Make sure new subscribers and extra services get the right tariffs.
• Keep client records, contracts and communications safe.
• Manage SIM card stock and other equipment used before activation.
• Run weekly and monthly audits and checks on provisioned services before invoicing.
• Work with sales staff to solve customer queries.
• Make welcome calls after a sale and guide clients to download the MTN apps.

Who can apply

• A Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting or a related field.
• 3 years' experience in a busy customer environment, in person, by email and by phone.
• Experience in a service or business-driven organisation.
• Knowledge of MTN Uganda's enterprise products and billing systems (DCLM, DCBS, SVP) and of digital invoicing trends in telecoms.
• Customer service skills, integrity, accuracy, attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Ability to work alone with little supervision, and as part of a team.
• Computer skills, including advanced Excel.
