MTN Uganda Recruits Senior Analyst, Customer Value Management – 2026

What the job involves

MTN Uganda is looking for one Senior Analyst – Customer Value Management in its Marketing team (job ID 7812, MTN Level 3). The job is full time. The job is about keeping customers and growing their value for MTN, using data. Your main tasks:

• Build a plan to grow extra revenue and use of mobile and mobile money products.
• Design and run plans to keep customers at risk and win back customers who left (churn).
• Build reports, dashboards and prediction models, for example to spot who may leave and who will respond to an offer, using advanced analytics and machine learning.
• Plan campaigns by customer group, track their results and return on investment.
• Work with IT and business intelligence teams so data and offers are ready on time.
• Prepare and manage the unit's budget and look for savings and new revenue.
• Manage outside providers and review staff performance.

Who can apply

• A Bachelor's degree in information technology, actuarial science, computer science, statistics or business computing.
• 5 years' experience in a relevant field, with a strong background in marketing and/or customer value management, usage or retention.
• Skills: leadership and coaching, relationship building, planning and project management, business sense, influencing and managing conflict.
