MTN (MMC) is hiring a Revenue Assurance Design Authority Specialist in Douala

MMC, part of the MTN group in Cameroon, is recruiting a Specialist – Design Authority in its Finance division, based in Douala. The role is central to the company's revenue assurance: making sure that every service provided is correctly billed and collected.

What the job involves

• Designing and maintaining the controls that protect the company's revenue, and automating them wherever possible.
• Reviewing new products, system changes and business processes so that revenue protection is built in from the start.
• Reconciling revenue streams, network data and billing, and monitoring collections.
• Building queries, dashboards and executive reports, and proposing improvements to reduce revenue leakage.
• Working with the Marketing, Product, IT and Operations teams, and reporting daily to the functional lead.

Who can apply

• A university degree of at least three years in computer science, engineering, information systems, finance or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in revenue assurance, technical business analysis or systems audit, in fintech, banking or telecommunications.
• Proven experience designing and implementing automated controls, and writing technical specifications.
• Strong skills in data extraction, analysis and visualisation: SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI.
• A professional certification in revenue assurance (GRAPA), audit (CISA) or data analytics is an advantage.
