What the job involves

• Extract, check and analyse loyalty data to produce accurate reports and useful insights.
• Prepare briefs, reports and presentations for planned activities.
• Handle contract papers, purchase orders, supplier payments and document management according to set procedures.

Who can apply

• A first degree in any related field.
• Fluent English.
• 3 to 7 years' experience, including at least 3 years in your area of specialisation and experience working in a team in a medium-sized organisation.
• Experience in customer analytics, loyalty programme reporting, market research or business insights is an advantage.
