Mission :
Develop and optimize the regional mobile (2G/3G/4G, etc.) and Fixed Wireless Access Network at adequate capacity, operating at optimum quality and offering competitive coverage and associated services.

Opco OperationalAs per business plan− Participate and provide inputs in project status meetings.− Propose operational changes and provide associated user impact assessment.− Ensure coordination of acceptances related to new activated sites and any new implementation of the projects.
Performance− Ensure effective execution of day to day operations at the CoE and at the Opco and coordinate resolution of operational issues with NPM team.− Improve productivity and quality through leading practice initiatives− Interact appropriately with the NPM team for network optimization, Suppliers for sites activations and features implementation as well as monitoring, controls and guidance as to safeguard interest.
Reporting− Provide inputs to the Manager (as required) relating to progress made within the sub-division and in accordance with the measurement metrics set by the organisation.
BSc Electrical, Electronics Telecommunications or any equivalent.− Fluent in French and English.
− 2 years of experience in a Radio Access Network Planning. GSM/GPRS/EDGE/WCDMA/LTE/FWA.− Experience in a managed services environment and project management would be an advantage.
Mastery of terms of contract with supplier.− Systems and supervision of telecommunications network equipment. − GSM/WCDMA/LTE/FWA optimization− Have a very good knowledge of Radio Planning and Optimization techniques (GSM/WCDMA/LTE and FWA Planning & Optimization).− Asset tool and Tems/Nemo Utilization.− GSM/WCDAM/LTE and ISP Quality standards and quality indicators− Monitoring tools & methodologies.− Map reading skills (Mapinfo tool).− Statistics analysis (Forecasts, strategic KPIs improvement methods).− Networks Performance and functionalities− Fluent in French & English
