 Mission :  
Under the direct supervision of the Manager IFS, the IFS specialist O&M  has the following main activities:
<ul><li>Assist O&M stakeholders maximize business value by acting as an 
advisor regarding solution capabilities and possible solutions to 
business challenges</li><li>Ensure timely resolution of incidents and requests in IFS and the meeting of Service center KPIs</li><li>Drive IFS adoption and compliant use</li><li>Meet the customer satisfaction objectives</li><li>Ensure a strict compliance to the Service centre procedures and charter</li><li>Proper documentation (processes, knowledge base, designs, testing scenarios, etc.)</li><li>Recommend new feature or changes to configuration/ workflows</li><li>Develop expertise in the IFS Modules/ functionalities to ensure 
proper solution mapping/ Gap analysis and effective implementation and 
adoption</li><li>Provide necessary training to end users and develop appropriate manuals & medias for self-service.</li><li>Develop reports and dashboards at the request of users</li><li>Periodic reporting to management and key stakeholders as required</li><li>Engage in functional coordination, design and implementation for the integration of next rollouts within the live environment</li><li>Design processes to meet customerâ€™s business requirements, needs and objectives</li><li>Establish solid working relationships with stakeholders and an understanding of segment business models</li><li>Manage and monitor software enhancements and evolutions</li></ul>
  
 Profil :  
<ul><li>Strong functional knowledge of IFS in O&M and HSE streams</li><li>Prior experience of implementing or supporting IFS</li><li>Previous experience with report development tools (crystal reports, Power BI, etc.)</li><li>University Degree in industrial or software engineering</li><li>Project management skills</li><li>ITIL (Service Management) experience or certification</li><li>Capability to remotely support end users</li><li>knowledge of ticketing tools (freeware and software)</li><li>Ability to interact with multi-team environment</li><li>Prior knowledge in the power generation industry or similar asset intensive industry</li><li>Experience in international environment</li></ul> Niveau d'Ã©tudes : BACHELOR'S DEGREE SpÃ©cialisation : Informatique / High Tech / Telecoms Niveau d'expÃ©rience : PremiÃ¨re expÃ©rience (de 1 Ã  3 ans) Langues :  FranÃ§ais : Langue maternelle Anglais : MaÃ®trise courante </div>
