OBJECTIF DU POSTE
Sous la supervision directe du Coordinateur de projet, le rôle de Project Officer consiste à assurer le leadership technique dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre de l’ensemble des activités du projet. Travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les autres membres de l’équipe du projet, le/la titulaire du poste devra développer des outils et des approches de qualité visant à assurer le renforcement durable des moyens de subsistance et la résilience des populations (hôtes/réfugiés) dans les arrondissements/communes de NGAOUI, DJOHONG et DIR (Département du Mbéré, Région de l’Adamaoua).. Elle/il devra s’assurer en particulier que toutes ses interventions sont en conformité avec les normes de gestion axée sur les résultats, respectent les délais prescrits et s’inscrivent dans l’intérêt et la priorité des bénéficiaires.

Ensures that Plan International’s global policies for Child Protection (CPP) and Gender Equality and Inclusion (GEI) are fully embedded in accordance with the principles and requirements of the policy including relevant Implementation Standards and Guidelines as applicable to their area of responsibility. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring staff and associates are aware of and understand their responsibilities under these policies and Plan International’s Code of Conduct (CoC), their relevance to their area of work, and that concerns are reported and managed in accordance with the appropriate procedures.
