Compliance Coordinator

The Opportunity

As the Compliance Coordinator you will provide executive assistance and administrative support to the General Counsel, Governance & Executive Director, the Legal, and the Risk and Insurance Team. You will also be responsible for the providing anti-terrorism screening (ATS) and insurance data collation services.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need:

• Knowledge of the work involved in legal functions and experience of developing, supporting and maintaining processes and systems involved in such functions
• Experience of providing administrative support to senior managers
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and online collaboration tools.
• Experience with knowledge management.

Location: UK – The Global Hub for Plan International is based in Woking, Surrey which is approximately 25 minutes from London Waterloo.  

You may be office, home or hybrid based. Preferablly in the office once a week.

Type of Role: 6 month Fixed term contract

Salary: circa £23,000
