What the job involves

• A first degree in engineering (computer science, information systems, electrical, electronics or equivalent). A Master's degree is an advantage.
• ITIL v3 Expert certification.
• Fluent English and French.
• At least 10 years' experience managing large, complex teams in telecoms or high-tech environments.
• At least 5 years in service and crisis management, including IT and network standards and processes.
• At least 3 years in project management and budgeting.
• Experience building and automating processes for records and incidents.
• Skills: leadership, coaching, analysis, negotiation, conflict management, integrity.
